Healthy Breakfast Recipes are
very important part of your recipe collection. A good breakfast should
give you the energy to start the day.

Indian breakfast is varied and
consists of steamed,
roasted
as well as fried
foods.
The recipes are easy to make. Most are quick
recipes which will take
you about 15-20 minutes to make. Even that time you can reduce by doing
a little planning and preparation the day before.
The north Indian breakfast food differs a little
from the south Indian food. Many South Indian recipes are made using
rice whereas the north Indians use wheat more.
South Indian breakfast consists of Idli , Dosa,
Uttappa,
Vade. All these are surved with chutney, mostly coconut
chutney. Apart from these, Upma,
Aval
are also commonly made.
North Indian breakfasts are parathas(flat
breads),
served with different kinds of pickles
or curries.
Many families also have bread toast and jam or
marmalade, cereals and such ready items for breakfast. I prefer to make
something different everyday. And why not, when I have such a large
variety of healthy recipes to choose from.
