Soya Flour – 1/2 Cup Wheat Flour – 1 Cup Bajra Flour – ½ Cup Joe Flour – ½ cup Maize Flour – ½ cup Ajwain – 3 Pinch or optional Salt – ½ teaspoon or according to taste Water – to make soft dough
Preparation:
•Mix all flours, Ajwain, Salt in a bowl. •Add water little by little and form into a dough ball. •And prepare roties. Cook without oil.
