Curry Leaves Dosa Recipe
(Tamil nadu - India)
Ingredients for curry leaf dosa:
rice -1 cup
fresh tender curry leaves -1 cup
jeera -1/4 tsp
dania seeds - 1/4tsp
a piece of ginger
garlic - 3-4
Soak rice & uradal for 2hrs.
Fry jerra & dania with little oil.
Now grind rice, uradal, curry leaves, jerra, dania, ginger, garlic, & salt.
Allow it to ferment for 1-2 hours.
Use this batter to make dosa in pan.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or tomato chutney or any chutney of your choice.
