papad breaking because of water.
by: Nayana

Hi Rakesh,

I am not sure if Anirudh, the creater of the recipe will reply or not. So I am writing my opinion.

I think that would depend on the variety of papad you are using. If you are using the soft variety of papad, it would not break after applying a little water but if you are using the stiff papad(like the lijjat papad) that may break.

Applying besan would change the taste I think. If you don't mind that you can do it as a variation.

stuffing of papad
by: rakesh

as per ur recipe you said to use water or milk. if we use any of these things ,the papad melts down and breaks instant while stuffing instead i suggest to put a thin layer of besan .suggest me if i am wrong or right.
