Dried and powdered fenugreek leaves, known as Kasuri methi are used to flavor many North Indian curries.

Methi is cooling for the body and is good for hair growth. Methi seeds are soaked and ground to paste. this methi paste is applied to hair for nourishing hair before washing hair. Methi seeds are a part of hair care in India.
Fenugreek/methi leaves and seeds are used in flat breads, snacks,
curries, dals, salads, soups, vegetable stir fry recipes, rice and

Fenugreek is also used to make paratha along with whole wheat flour.
When I make palak paratha, I like to add a small bunch of methi leaves to it. It is good to add fenugreek into your diet.
