How to make vegetable paneer dosa
List of ingredients and the quantity for vegetable paneer dosa Dosa batter
Paneer - 250 grams grated
Carrot - 1 big grated
peas - 1/2 cup
onion - 1 cup chopped fine
ginger - 1 tsp - chopped fine or paste
salt - according to taste
red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp or according to taste
green chilli - 1 chopped
green bell pepper - 1/2 cup chopped
Preparation to do before cooking Dosa batter

Step by step cooking instructions
1) Pour oil in kadai
2) saute ginger, green chilli and onion until onion is soft
3) Add salt, red chilli powder and saute again
4) Once done, add bell peppers, grated carrot and peas.
5) Mix well all the vegetables
6) Finally add grated paneer and chopped coriander leaves.
Use this as a stuffing inside the dosa.
Serve hot with chutney
Variations with this recipe -
You can even use cheese instead of paneer. just add the cheese while you stuff rest of the mixture inside dosa.
