Mixed Lentil Dal Sprouts Salad

To make this sprouted lentil dal salad, You may use a mixture of moong dal(split green lentil), chana dal(split chickpeas) etc.

How to make sprouted lentil dal salad
Making sprouted salad is very easy when you have all the ingredients ready.
There is not much cooking involved except for boiling a potato which is a optional ingredient.
Ingredients for sprouted lentil salad:
All types or dals(lentils) soaked and sprouted - 1 tbsp each.
Chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Boiled and Chopped potato cubes(optional) - 1 tbsp
Chopped carrot,cucumber,tomato - 1 tbsp each
Black pepper powder -according to taste
Black salt - according to taste.
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp or according to taste.
How To make sprouted lentil salad:
Chop all the vegetables to bite sized pieces.
Boil potato and cube it.
Mix all the ingredients, sprouted lentils, cubed potato, tomato, onion, cucumber in a bowl.
Add salt and lemon juice and mix well.
Taste it and adjust seasoning according to your taste.
Mixed sprouted lentil and vegetable salad is ready.
Serve it at room temperature or cold.
Keep it in the fridge and have it when you feel like as a salad or a healthy snack.
You may add a tsp of honey or sugar to balance the tartness or lemon juice if you wish.
