How to make easy banana cutlet


Ingredients to make banana cutlets


one raw green banana
one tablespoon rice flour,
1 tbsp grated coconut,
2 tsp sugar.

Making banana cutlet


Steam banana. Peel it and mash.
Mix all the other ingredients with steamed banana.
divide mixture in balls
Make each ball in a cutlet shape.
Heat some ghee on a frying pan and shallow fry cutlets.

Serve hot.
