Tomato soup with vegetables
Everybody loves tomato soup. So here is a recipe of tomato soup with vegetables.
Ingredients for vegetable tomato soup
- 1/2 kg tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- One onion,
- Small piece of ginger,
- 4/5 flakes of garlic,
- One green chili.
- 1/4 tea spoon pepper
- Assorted vegetables (carrot, French beans, paneer, broccoli etc.)Cut into very small pieces (around one bowl)
Method for making vegetable tomato soup
-Boil three cups of water in a pan.
-Add the tomatoes, onion, garlic, ginger and green chili.
- Let it boil till tomatoes are tender.
-Put off the gas and let it cool. You can micro it also.
-Put the tomatoes and other things in the blender and blend it till it turns into a smooth puree. Strain it.
-Now put a saucepan on the gas, add one tea spoon of butter.
-Now add all the vegetables cut into small pieces.
Sauté the vegetables for just one or two minutes.
-Now add the tomato puree.
-Add salt pepper and sugar.
-Boil it for five minutes.
-Take off from the fire and serve it in soup bowls garnishing with coriander leaves and grated paneer.
