Banana Pancake Recipe
Banana pancake recipe or banana dosa is a easy recipe.
Anytime you have bananas, you can make it.
It can be served as a breakfast dish or as a snack.
You may use slightly overripe bananas if you have them.
How to make banana pancakes - Banana dosa
Ingredients for banana pancakes:
250g Maida (plain flour
4 ripe bananas, mashed
2g cardamom powder
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 glass milk
Method to make banana pancakes
Beat the egg well and to this, add sugar, milk and mashed bananas. These ingredients can also be mixed in a blender.
To the maida - allpurpose flour, add the above banana mixture and mix well to form dosa(pancake) batter consistency.
Now add cardamom powder and baking powder to the batter and mix well.
Heat a flat frypan and make thin dosas (pancakes). Fry on both sides until golden brown in color. Add a little butter or vegetable oil while the pancake is cooking.
Serve hot for breakfast with any jam. You may also serve some juice for breakfast along with banana pancakes.
