Was is a Mexican, Italian, Lebanese, asian restaurant or one of the many Indian restaurants?

Your companions - Who was with you? Family, friends, colleagues or strangers?

What was the occasion - was it your birthday or anniversary party hosted by you or your family or friend? A weekend outing?

Did you visit that restaurant because you were just bored eating at home?

Did your companion choose that particular eating place or did you go there just because that was the nearest restaurant?

Was it a special occasion or a usual occurrence, you going out to eat?

Tell us about the ambiance. How did the decor add to your experience?

Your order - What drinks did you order?

The food - what did you order, how long it take to serve the food.

How the food was presented, the crockery, the cutlery.

Was the food good or bad or just ok? Was it as expected or was it a surprise?

The waiter/waitress / the server - How was the service?

The bill - Was it expensive? Was the cost justified or was it overrated

Did you tip the waiter? Did he seem happy or was he disappointed?

Did he show his feelings in a positive or negative way?

Did you go there again? Would you go there again?
