RICE FLOUR : 1 CUP
CURD : 1 CUP
SALT TO TASTE
FINELY CUT ONIONS : 1 CUP
OIL FOR DEEP FRYING

METHOD:-
TO THE CURDS ADD ONE AND A HALF CUP WATER AND BEAT IT NICELY TO MAKE IT THIN AND EVEN.
KEEP IT ON THE STOVE TO BOIL. ADD ENOUGH SALT TO TASTE.
WHEN IT STARTS TO BOIL ADD THE RICE FLOUR IN THE CENTER. COOK IN A LOW FLAME FOR 10 MINS.
THEN MIX IT KEEP IT ASIDE FOR A FEW MINS . NOW KNEAD IT NICE TO MAKE IT INTO A SOFT BUT FIRM DOUGH AS YOU DO FOR THE ROTI.
ADD FINELY CHOPPED ONIONS MIX WELL. SHAPE THEM INTO KODUBALE . DEEP FRY THEM IN HOT OIL TILL GOLDEN BROWN .SERVE THEM WITH COCONUT CHUTNEY.
