Consuming raw food only is a valid way to lose weight but the great thing about it is that you can even adopt and complete menu of raw foods which will make weight issues go away forever.
Sure, it takes some time to get used to such a meal plan but if you manage to do it, in the end your body will thank you for it and when it comes to the weight equation, your waistline will remain a constant instead of an unknown.

Raw Food Recipe 1 - The Green Soup
This soup requires various ingredients and it can be a little bit difficult to get a hold of
all of them but trust me when I tell you, it will all be worth it in the end. list of ingredients for the green soup:Half cup chopped English cucumberOne teaspoon of organic seasoningOne half avocadoTwo medium tomatoesTwo spoons of raw cabbage sauerkrautQuarter cup of dulse seaweedHalf cup of chopped greens (spinach, kale, chard)
Once you have all the ingredients, get a blender, mix them all and blend until they’re completely diced.
Add as much seasoning and dulse as you like and garnish with any combination of parsley,
sprouts, tomatoes, greens and avocado.
As you can see, this dish isn’t a difficult one to prepare once you acquire all the ingredients for it.
Raw Food Recipe 2 - Raw Pasta with Sauce and basil
Don’t worry, I am not talking about real pasta here, you know, the kind that Italians made famous. This dish is made with zucchini cut to give it a pasta look . Ingredients for raw pasta with sauce and basil:Three medium sized zucchiniOne cup of coconut water, one cup of macadamia or pine nuts and a sizable handful of basil for the sauceAs possible garnishes you can try diced avocado, olives, sliced tomatoes, parsley or bell pepper
Use a spiral slicer to cut the zucchini in the shape of pasta.
Use a blender to create a smooth mixture of macadamia nuts, basil and coconut water.
Once you are done, pour it as a sauce over the zucchini and use any of the garnishes given as examples.
Raw Food Recipe 3 - The “Healing” Soup
This dish is chock full of minerals and nutrients so I would recommend it to anyone who is after a healthy diet, not only those of you that want to consume raw foods.Ingredients for Healing Soup:One cup of coconut waterOne English cucumber and an avocado halfThree onionsTwo celery ribs and two sizable chard leavesPepperOther green herbs such as rosemary, mint, parsley, coriander, cilantro etc.
Blend half of the cucumber with coconut water, two celery ribs, the avocado, one green onion and lime juice until the mixture is smoothed out.
When done, add all the other ingredients and blend until all are completely mixed.
Use your favorite herbs, tomatoes and green onions to garnish the dish.
