colorful bread moong pizza on tawa

Ingredients: 1. Dhuli moong dal(mung bean-split green lentil) - 250 gms 2. Finely chopped vegetables of your own choice (red, green and yellow capsicum; tomato without seed, onion, cabbage, cauliflower, carrot and beans etc.) - 1/2 cup 3. Green coriander finely chopped - 2 spoon 4. Green chili finely chopped - 1/2 spoon 5. Bread - 8-10 pieces or as per required 6. Salt and red chili as per taste How to make mung dal pizza Preparation for moong dal pizza: -Soak moong dal for 2-3 hrs and grind it in mixer-blender. -Make a fine paste; it should be thick batter like for dosa-pancake. -Now take it out in a big bowl and add salt and red chili powder according to taste. -In a separate bowl just mix all the finely chopped vegetables and green coriander, green chilli etc, now add a pinch of salt and mix. (no need to cook these vegetables). Making – Cooking moong dal pizza -Heat a tawa(girdle, skillet, fry pan) on gas, put little oil, approx one spoon and spread it evenly. -now make gas sim, take a piece of bread dip it fully in moong dal paste, so that both sides should be covered with that dal paste.Carefully put it on tawa. -On the upper side of this bread put 2 spoons of vegetables and spread it on whole piece. In medium fire only it should be cooked. -Put few drops of oil on the surface. -Now slowly with the help of spatula, turn the side. -Now vegetable side will be down, cook it until both the sides becomes light brown in color. -Now take it out in a plate in such a way that vegetables side should be up, so that it will look yummy because of wonderful colors and it is mouthwatering taste because of its look. For kids or others too you can put sauce, chutney etc on top, so that it will look like mini pizza but different taste. Kids love it and it is healthy too as lots of vegetables and dal(lentils) in one meal.
