This yummy tasty vegetable noodles recipe is easy to make.

Kids love it. This is another way you can add vegetables to your kid's diet.

You may add other vegetables of your choice to this noodles dish, such as cabbage, green peas etc.

you can serve it for breakfast or as a filling snack.

How to make vegetable noodles

List of ingredients and the quantity

-Beans - 4-5
-Capsicum - 1
-carrot - 1
-onion - 1
-chilies - 2-3
-vinegar - 2 tsp
-soya sauce - 1 tsp
-tomato sauce - 2 tsp
-black pepper powder - 3 tsp or according to taste
-oil - 4 tsp

Preparation to do before cooking

- wash the vegetables.
- chop beans, capsicum, onion, carrot into pieces.
- chop chilies .

Step by step cooking instructions for vegetable noodles

- Boil the noodles (make sure its not over boiled. so boil it max for 2min)
- keep noodles aside after straining the water.
- add 2 tsp oil to the boiled noodles and mix lightly.
- In a pan heat 2 tsp oil, add chopped vegetables into it, shallow fry the veggies.
- Add 2 tsp vinegar to the frying vegetables.
- add chilies to it, then let it cook for 1-2 minutes
- then add soya, tomato, chili sauce to it.
- Then add boiled noodles to the pan with cooked vegetables, to it.
- add black pepper and mix well. cover and cook it for 1 min.
- Then serve hot yummy noodles.
- you can add spring onion at the end and serve it .

Serving suggestions:

Garnish with spring onion or shredded paneer.
