Chinese tadka rice

Ingredients for chinese tadka rice - carrot,celery,garlic,ginger paste ,onion paste,oil,vinegar,soya sauce,peas, salt,pepper,tomato puree, boiled(cooked)plain rice,schezwan.


How to make chinese rice -

-First cut carrot,celery in a bowl keep it aside.

-Take a griddle or cauldron and keep it on gas.

-Pour some oil on griddle or cauldron let the oil heat.
-When the oil gets heated put ginger garlic paste,onion paste ,salt ,pepper,carrot ,celery,schezwan,tomato puree or tomato sauce ,soya sauce,viegar and then rice.
- stir and mix well.

YOUR CHINESE TADKA IS READY TO EAT .
IF YOU WANT IT TO BE NON VEG DONT PUT VEGETABLE PUT CHICKEN PIECES ROASTED IN SCHEZWAN OR FRIED EGG WHICH WILL BE CUT AFTER FRYING IT.
