Bread upma - Quick Breakfast Recipe

This is bread upma, a quick breakfast recipe..

It is also known as bread bhaji.

How to make bread upma - bread bhaji

List of ingredients and the quantity for bread upma

- take a packet of bread
- 1 onion,
- 3-4 chillies,
- 1 tbsp refined oil
- salt(as much u like),
- pinch of sugar &
- a spoon of ghee...

Preparation to do before cooking -

1. take the packet of bread. Tear the bread slices into small pieces.( you may cut the slices evenly with the knife too)
2. chop the onion
3. cut the chillies.

Step by step cooking instructions -

Take a frying pan. Add the oil n heat it.
After that put those onions,chillies,salt and fry it for some time.
After it becomes brown put all the chopped bread you kept aside and fry it.
Then after frying add a pinch of sugar and 1 spoon of ghee in it and mix it.

Serving suggestions:

Add to a glass bowl and garnish with chopped coriander leaves and serve it with milk or tea or coffee.

Addition of Ingredients

You may also add, grated carrots, green peas,red chillies, capsicum, and seasoning with mustard seeds. The addition of all these ingredients will make it more tasty.
